I just upgraded from the TM Spyder to th e TX. I ordered my TX 1 week before the TMX came out. The TMX has a belt/motor system, as opposed to the gear driven system of the TX. Also, the TMX does not have the option to change wheel rims, F1/GTE. It is compatible with the shifter and pedal upgrades. IMO, if the TMX is in your budget, go for it. A FFB wheel makes Sim Racing so much better.

Having a wheel makes soooooooooooo much difference. I enjoyed my racing beforehand but now its even better. Although I am considerabley more sweaty by the end of a race!

Was just looking at the cheaper 458 wheel to see if I want to go down the wheel route however all of the reviews have complained about the no ffb, so looks like if I am to get the wheel then the tmx will be the choice I go for unless I find a tx at a reli cheap price lol
